Are you ready for the hand-shake volley challenge? (Video)
So you’ve done the mannequin challenge and you’re wondering what’s next? It’s the Hand Shake Challenge! It goes like this; players start on the service line and after every volley they take a step forward – the objective is to get to the net and shake hands while rallying the ball. Get your players working on it and let us know how many hand-shakes they can get in! Legend has it that the most handshakes ever done is 100.

Parents! This is a fun weekend activity that you can try with your kids! A slightly easier variation is to “high five” when you reach the net. Alternatively, start with a “high five” at the net and step backwards with each volley.
