In this third and final article in our mini-series on mentoring, I want my last words to come from the coaches who have benefitted from mentoring.
Mentoring isn’t for everyone. What these coaches share is the reason why they prioritised mentoring and what it meant to them and their coaching business. I hope that sharing these candid thoughts will help you to find parallels to your own coaching, your business or your programme. Finding a mentor could be the best thing you ever do.
Coach #1
“I’m about to launch my own coaching website, which should be live by next week. So it’s a great time for me to assess my business and coaching skills. I do talk to my coaching friends about all of the above, which has helped a lot, but I would really like your expertise to help me progress further. A mentor provides expert, unbiased help at exactly the time when you need it. The advice is specific to your exact situation.
Coach #2
“We’ve been working together for 10 years, and inspire2coach has helped guide and grow my tennis business. Sticking with a mentor can help you to reach long-term goals. Your mentor helps you to understand what you want to achieve and how to do it. Your mentor keeps you on track and focused.
