In May 2018 legislation called the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) was enacted across England and Europe to protect people’s data and privacy. The legislation coversĀ all individual citizens of the United Kingdom, the European Union and the European Economic Area. The legislation also addresses the transfer of people’s personal data outside the United Kingdom and the EU.
To comply with this legislation i2c must obtain people’s consent to gather and store information about the people who work with and for inspire2coach.
We are required to have your permission to store the following information:
- Your personal contact details so that we can contact you and keep in touch with you with important updates on what we do
- Financial information including your bank account details and how much we pay you
- Any confidential information about you which is relevant to your work as a coach for inspire2coach
i2c store this information securely either in paper form or electronically and do not share this information with any third parties unless given permission to do so or required to do so by law.
